- If you bought services for the same URL by mistake
- If you change your decision to cancel your order before the service starts.
In the next cases we can to reject the refund requests:
- If we miss the deadline for the order due to client’s delay/failure in providing necessary content and information on time.
- If client asks for refund in the middle of the work of the service or after it’s done.
- If client asks for refund after receiving contents and reports of the services/work done.
- If client asks for refund because client expects some features that are not promised on service packages on our official website.
Note: we make sure that you get all the features that are given in service packages. For example if you have ordered “Instagram Likes” package we ensure that we keep up with the order and send you detailed report for the it.
- Customized Services/work are non refundable.
- If we find a payment dispute or chargeback from a bank or credit card company your service/work will be blocked and or removed without any notice.
- If a dispute is created after delivery of service we retain the right to turn your debt over to a collection agency and or remove all services rendered.
